Mactronix Ventures operates as a business-to-business (B2B) wholesale platform. Our products are intended for resale, corporate use, or export — not for individual retail consumer purchase. We reserve the right to decline orders that do not meet wholesale minimum requirements.
3. Product Information
All product specifications, stock quantities, and prices are updated regularly but may be subject to change without notice. Final pricing is confirmed at the time of order. Images are representative and actual units may vary in minor cosmetic details.
4. Orders & Payment
Orders are confirmed upon receipt of payment or written purchase order agreement. We accept bank transfers, cash (in-person), and agreed credit terms for verified wholesale accounts. This website does not process card payments directly.
5. Inquiry Cart
The “Add to Cart” function on this website creates a quote request, not a confirmed order. Submitting a cart inquiry via WhatsApp initiates a discussion with our sales team and does not constitute a binding purchase agreement.
6. Liability Limitation
Mactronix Ventures is not liable for: indirect, incidental, or consequential damages; loss of profits arising from product use; or delays caused by third-party logistics providers. Our liability is limited to the value of the products sold.

8. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai, UAE.
